Jacob “Milky” Gibbins has been staff photog here at Wideopen since day 1.
Alongside shooting for us he’s lucky enough to travel the world, shooting the fastest racers and (usually!) making a living from his talent behind the lense.

Some truly excellent shots there, particularly like the “double shots” ie the Bryceland one – that said a few are a little bit cliched in my opinion – i’m not saying i could do any better before anyone starts squeeling! There are so many talented snappers around now, Tom Gaffney in particular springs to mind. The wedding shots are Cheese City though, lol.
Tom Gaffney. Never heard of him. What about Edwardo Enrique Escobar, or as others call him, The Duck? Now when he can be bothered to snap instead of pissing about or moaning, or eating, he can take a photo, plus he doesn’t take himself seriously either, unlike ‘Jacob’ Gibbins and his massive landscapes with little riders.
Damn I want to be him so bad.
