George and Arran Gannicott are two talented young guns that live and ride just over the hill from Innerleithen…
They’ve made a big impact on the Scottish scene and for 2011 have stepped things up a gear with a new team and big plans for their racing.
For 2011 they’ve hooked up with the all new Bike Soup Gravity team and are taking on (amongst other things) the Halo British Downhill Series.
At Moelfre, team manager Anne gave us a shout and asked if we could help out with a promo video for the team. She wanted something that would show the world what the team is all about, give the guys a chance to say hi and show the sponsors how hard they’re all working. Wideopen did the interviews, Tom Davison worked the camera and George and Arran came up with the magic on screen. We’re pretty pleased with how it all turned out!
Cheers to Tom and good luck to the team – a 1st for George in youth and a 35th for Arran in elite is a pretty decent start! Keep an eye out for them on their bright green Transitions!
