We’ve been working with the guys at Raleigh since day 1 for Wideopen. We like their UK heritage, the fact that they’re still running from their birthplace in Nottingham 100 years on and – more importantly- their commitment to solid, affordable brands.
Having threatened a visit to Raleigh HQ for years I finally got my act together and missioned up the M1 this weekend.
Our real interest is in the Diamondback range – Raleigh’s hardcore trail, dirt and street bikes.

There’s been a few changes for 2011 and our visit was a great chance to get the inside word on what’s what. First up, is the Bandito, their dirt and street bike that has been designed and tested right here in the UK.
