Presenting the 2010 Halo BritishDHSeries recap video:
2010 was an amazing year for British Downhill racing. Thanks to Dave and Si the National Points Series was reinvented to become the Halo British Downhill Series. Where the Nationals had previously lacked a bit of ‘bang’ – the new look, new feel series was an explosion of fresh air. Great pits, great tracks, a great vibe and a packed elite field boasting the world’s fastest racers.
Here at Wideopen Magazine we upped our game alongside – to make sure we got the best coverage out there we commissioned Paul Roberts to film every race. We had a great year, filmed every race and got some great feedback from you lot. Now the season is in the bag we’re looking forward to doing it all again in 2011.
To help get you psyched for the coming season, Paul has cut this great edit from his 2010 footage, giving you a recap on a full year’s racing. Enjoy!
Thanks to these guys for their support all season:

Fine bloody work Mr Roberts! I’m stoked to watch that – bring back a lot of good memories from this year’s travelling around with you bunch of miscreants. Can’t wait for Rd1!
Cracking video, looking forward to the new race season :)
Loving the shot of Brendan cutting out half the rut at Llangollen, Rat Boy doing the same at Moelfre and Joe Smith not using the berm at all after the log huck at Caersws.
Top film!
Note Cathro is loads taller than Marc even though he’s a step down on the podium! :D
