Last injury?
My buggered big left toe, got a bit off line at the MiniDH race at PORC and crushed my foot between a stump and my pedal! My toenails stayed black till June! No massive injuries or breaks though… maybe i’m not trying hard enough???
Last mtb product you bought with your own money?
My Shimano DX SPD pedals. Used to think clips were for gayers but i’m well happy with them now.
Last trail you rode?
Last trail I rode was the Black Route at Thetford Forest which is a five minute drive from my house so I try to get up there most weeks especially in the winter months when it’s pissing down and it’s muddy as… love it!
What is the last thing you watched on TV?
Last thing I watched was Family Guy. My favourite show ever, always has me pissing myself. I’ve only met one person who doesn’t like it.
When is the last time you got drunk and who with?
Last time I got properly drunk was about a month ago with my mate Sophie…..bad influence on me that one haha!

The last video i watched was something about a whale washing up on shore in America.They didn’t know what to do with it so they tried blowing it up,like you do……take note of the anchorman’s delivery,it’s deadpan to say the least!

Errm the only trick I ever pull is the tweak so I’ll say that!

My bike!It stays in my room as it isn’t allowed anywhere in the house!Plus when you wake up you have no excuse not to want to get out and ride….just not good when you get up in the night and don’t see it there and end up arse over tit!

What are some of the different jobs that you have had in your life?
So far in my life I have been a floor layer after leaving school,got fed up of that after six months so I got a job as a waiter for two and a half years then slowly got pissed off serving rich dickheads so I left! Now I’m a forklift driver and recently became an instructor as well as well as commentating for the British Downhill Series which i’m really enjoying. (the commentating,not the forklift driving)Looking to get a job in the bike industry as I really would love to do something I have a passion and enjoy doing.

The last photo I took was at the beach a couple of weeks ago on my phone.

In my pockets are my wallet,phone and keys, I like to travel light!

Last msg i got was about half an hour ago from bestest buddy Pete asking if I wanted to pop over for a beer and a razz on the XBox.
Who was the last person you swore at? What did you say?
Last person I swore at was some dozy old woman at a roundabout earlier today.I think it was something along the lines of “make your mind up you dozy bitch!” I get proper bad road rage nearly every time I get in my car these days.The way I look at it is that everyone is shit at driving except me!
