Want to improve your downhill skills with one of the World’s fastest racers at one of the UK’s best DH venues? Brendawg has got what you need with the Brendog Training Academy. It’s not cheap, and it’s in just 2 weeks time but this looks like a real-deal, pro set up with expert tuition, uplifts, a photographer and even British Cycling trained coaches on hand.  Not a bad way to get some winter training down….

Here’s what you need to know:

There will be two days over the 19th and 20th of December. The cost for one day is £120, this including all the coaching, use of the venue, timing and the days uplifts. The ‘perfect’ stocking filler.

These two particular days are aimed at intermediate riders who have a willingness to be put through their passes and progressed.

The classes are limited to only 8 riders, so you will receive personal attention from one of the world’s best downhill racers and his coaching colleagues.

An accredited British Cycling coach will also be in attendance to further develop learning and ensure safety and provide first aid.

Take advantage of huge discounts this Christmas Holidays and buy your full suspension mountain bike. Test drive it and feel the wind against your face while experiencing that adrenaline rush from the speed at which you and your bike get down on that mountain trail!

My daughter is asking for her first bicycle. She is four years of age. If I bought one today, in a couple of years she would have outgrown it. Is there a bike that can be made to get bigger in size as the years go by?

Full suspension mountain bikes are quite simply more fun than any hardtail, they offer superior comfort and more control over rockier terrains particularly downhill at speed, but choose your suspension well if you want a good climber.
