The US has maintained a trade embargo against Cuba since 1960 – meaning no US goods can enter Cuba and sourcing anything from computer parts to sports equipment is tough for your average Cuban dude.
VBS.TV just posted up this awesome documentary about some skaters that decided to ignore the embargo, visit Cuba and risk serious shit to give skate boards to the locals. It aint bikes but it’s an amazing look at the power of sports and how big a difference it can make giving a kid a bike or a board. Check both parts out here…
