The 2010 Juice Lubes / O’Neal Welsh Downhill Series

Awesome news for UK racing and the makings of a fantastic year’s racing. Here’s the full press release from Mike at Borderline.
Borderline Events and the WDMBA are proud to announce The Juice Lubes / O’Neal Welsh Downhill Series.
After a year without Wales having its own series and the WDMBA starting up after the Dragon Series came to an end in 2008 we thought it was about time that Wales once again had its own series and one to be proud of.
So what have we got in coming in 2010…..
01st & 02nd May – Llangollen (Welsh Champs)
29th & 30th May – Mynydd Du
28th & 29th August – Rheola
18th & 19th September – Gethin (Final decision on venue to be made)
09th – 10th October – Moelfre Hall
In addition to this we will have our own Mechanic offering both spares and repairs at the best rates possible.
We would like to thank both O’Neal and Juice Lubes for supporting our Series.
All details can be found at www.borderline-events.co.uk
Entries open mid January.

fucks sake wales have loads of riding, lucky bastard. someone bring racing to east yorkshire!!!
In fairness – there is some racing up your way! You’re a LOT closer to Hamsterley, scratchmere etc and the Scottish races than I am in Bristol!
Plus… the venues are spread all over Wales – I doubt you’re much further from Llangollen than it is from Rheola! I think travelling is just part of racing i’m afraid!
yer i suppose so i’m due a voyage anytime soon so i might try scratchmere,i went to hamsterely a while ago and it was mint but i aren’t old enough for a car just yet so its a bit harder to travel about, oh well only another year.
