They have quite an agressive tread pattern and so far I’ve been impressed though I’ve yet to hit the trails since they had a good soaking last week. These 2.2″ folding versions have a price tag of £21.95, but they’re also available in 2.4″ and wire and UST incarnations.
Next is the new 2010 Giro Remedy in “Black/Yellow Shards”, I’d say it was more Black/Yellow/Green/Purple/White Shards/Check/Splatter but I guess that didn’t fit in the catalogue.
Much better looking in real life than it’s web photo, the Remedy comes in at £99.99 which is £75 cheaper than it’s lighter brother the Remedy CF(carbon fibre).
Finally I’ve just finished building this little beauty.
The MKII Dialled Bikes Alpine is going to be with us on long term test and will be popping up in the mag from time to time, while hopefully making its race debute at the Alpine Bikes Innerleithen Winter Series. The eagle eye’d might notice a few subtle tweaks to the frames design but all will be made clear in the next issue.
This 16″ frame weighed 5.7lbs and tips the scales at 32.6lbs as seen here (lacking front brake). RRP £380 including delivery from dialledbikes.com
Before I go this also fell through the letterbox this morning….
Needless to say a lot of people are getting excited about the upcoming premiers and its impending release.

It’s like bloody Christmas at your house mate!
If only Christmas was this good! Photo doesn’t do the Alpine justice, that green is something else in the day light.
Awesome mate – can’t wait to see it in action. Should look good with the race tops and your new lid!
What you doin with the old Alpine btw?
Need to get it back to back with the BFe when that arrives, and Jon’s BluePig! :) A trip to Glentress beckons before Issue 12 I think!
