In the final piece of Wideopenmag end of season party hype it’s time to announce the winner of the Nukeproof Snap frame !
The snap was generously donated by the nice people at Hotlines UK - who are the UK distributor for Nukeproof.
What was the competition?All you had to do was come to our party and send in a photo of the madness that contained a Wideopenmag or a Monster logo. We asked for photos that really got stuck into the thick of the madness and showed off how great the evening was… the wilder the better with points awarded for drunken stupidness, making people look ridiculousness and alco-fuelled tomfoolery.

Leena Takooree's shot of Sam Pilgrim on the decks. I strolled up and asked DJ Lumen what Sam's DJ skills were like. He said "no idea, he's not actually DJ'ing. He's just stolen the headphones!". Nice work.
An EXCELLENT trippy party shot from Pete Newman. Had this one had a logo in it he'd have won for sure.
Loving Joel Teague's shot here - he has delightfully captured the riot that went down mid-musical statues. Again - an excellent effort that was good enough for the front page but not quite a winner.
But … without any more arsing around… the winner is without a doubt this cheeky number, taken by Olly Hopkinson. A brave crack at the prize with no farting around, just the right amount of flash and plenty of Wideopen in shot – straight in with the money shot. Nice work Olly – you got a frame.
