Earlier this year, 4X’er Scott Shepherd took a dive at PORC whilst racing the British4X and took an unlucky bump to the head.
Scott’s helmet saved his life but the crash was hard enough to put him in hospital and has meant that he’s still off the bike and fighting his way to recovery several months later.
Scott’s buddies have set up a site to help raise support for Scott and are trying to pull together £150,000 to help give him what he needs during his rehabilitation.
They’ve just launched these cool new ‘Rider Down’ Livestrong style wrist bands that cost a super modest £2 +PandP.
