There’s 7 days to go until the massive Wideopenmag end of season party – hosted by Monster Energy!
We didn’t just want to hire out a bar and chuck on the iPod road trip mega mix… We wanted to put on a proper party with proper DJ’s and proper top-quality music. We’ve invited 3 of our favourite DJ’s to spin tunes for us all night long and to make sure there’s plenty of heavy bass to keep the party rolling. Without further effing and jeffing here’s the line up:
DJ Cheeba - our headline act and and a true cut and paste geek genius. Cheeba is going to be treating us to his AV show where he’ll mix music and video live on stage to create a one of a kind multimedia mash up – if you’ve ever edited a video you’re going to LOVE this. When he’s not playing alongside the likes of DJ Food or DJ Yoda – Cheeba likes ragging his Transition Bottle Rocket round Bristol. He’ll be playing some time after 11.

DJ Lumen - Like Cheeba, Lumen brings a heavy mix of super cool beats and slick visuals – all fuelled by a heavy dose of technical geekery. Lumen has played at Glastonbury, Big Chill and Bloc and appeared alongside Radioactive Man and DJ Vadim to name just a few… He’ll be kicking the party off some time after 10ish once the bike videos have stopped rolling.

DJ Delf – last but not least is Delf who will see us through to home time and will keep the club topped up with heavy hip hop, reggae and any party tunes he can get his hands on. He’s played heaps of sets throughout Bristol and we recently joined him at the infamous Motion Skatepark for a mega fun time. When he’s not spinning tunes Richie loves blasting his Iron Horse and chatting up the girls of Tavistock. Good lad.

I wanted to leave some element of mystery for Saturday night – his audience too can be shocked and amazed at his desperado approach!
